Bill Clinton signed a nuclear deal with North Korea and gave them $4 billion to sign the deal.
The North Koreans lied and broke the agreement almost immediately.
Secretary of State Madeleine Albright shared a toast with the North Korean dictator after the nuclear agreement was signed in 1994.

The North Koreans immediately broke the deal and tested several nuclear bombs a decade later. In April 23-25, 2003, during trilateral talks in Beijing, North Korea told the U.S. delegation that it possessed nuclear weapons. This constituted the first time that Pyongyang made such an admission. More than two years later, on October 9, 2006, North Korea conducted an underground nuclear test near the village of P’unggye.
But that didn’t stop Hillary Clinton from spouting off today against the American president during her trip to South Korea.
Hillary continued her ‘Global Losers Tour’ on Wednesday by landing in South Korea and trashing the US President.
Hillary told South Korean reporters that President Trump’s “cavalier threats” to North Korea are ‘dangerous, short-sighted’.
