On Monday, audio of Kentucky Senator Rand Paul’s 911 phone call was released by law enforcement.

In the call, Sen. Paul can be heard laboriously breathing, saying he had been attacked by a neighbor and requesting police presence.
Boucher signed a plea agreement last week, but no date has been set for the taking of his guilty plea and sentencing.
Boucher has been charged with assaulting a member of congress resulting in personal injury, a felony under federal law.
“Assaulting a member of Congress is an offense we take very seriously,” said United States Attorney Josh Minkler. “Those who choose to commit such an act will be held accountable.”
This case was investigated by the FBI’s Louisville branch.
“Just as we are committed to protecting the American people, the FBI will not tolerate violence directed against members of Congress,” said FBI Special Agent in Charge Amy S. Hess.
“Those who choose to assault any federal official are certain to face serious consequences,” added Hess.
In early November Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) was physically attacked by neighbor Rene Boucher while mowing his yard.
Boucher ran onto Paul’s property and tackled him in a blindside attack breaking six of his ribs and a pleural effusion.
Senator Paul later suffered pneumonia from the attack.
Boucher was finally charged on Friday for the attack. Paul’s neighbor was charged with a felony.
Boucher is reportedly a unhinged Trump-hating Socialist.
