On Friday the Trump administration announced it will not be sending military aid totaling $255 million to Pakistan.
On Monday UN Ambassador Nikki Haley confirmed it…
The U.S. is withholding $255 million in aid that was going to go to Pakistan after President Trump noted the nation’s failure to proactively fight terrorism.
It’s about time!
U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, confirmed this news Tuesday, stating:
“The administration is withholding $255 million in assistance to Pakistan . . . There are clear reasons for this. Pakistan has played a double game for years. They work with us at time, and they also harbor the terrorists that attack our troops in Afghanistan. That game is not acceptable to this administration.”

The move to withhold aid was expected following a Monday tweet by the President blasting Pakistan.
The United States has foolishly given Pakistan more than 33 billion dollars in aid over the last 15 years, and they have given us nothing but lies & deceit, thinking of our leaders as fools. They give safe haven to the terrorists we hunt in Afghanistan, with little help. No more!

Haley also stated that the President was willing to go to “great lengths” to stop all funding to Pakistan if they continue to harbor and support terrorism.
