Singer Katy Perry received backlash from viewers after the pop recording star planted an unwanted kiss on 19-year-old contestant Benjamin Glaze in the season premiere.
Cosmopolitan called it a “savage” moment of entertainment.
But conservative author and filmmaker Mike Cernovich called it “predatory behavior.”
