On Mother’s Day, Trump supporter Eugenior Joseph, 22, went with his girlfriend’s family at the Dadeland Mall location of the restaurant.
Eugenior’s MAGA hat allegedly drew the attention of a female staff member, who gathered her co-workers to confront him. The Cheesecake Factory employees called him the “n-word” and threatened to knock him out.
The Gateway Pundit posted this video on the incident earlier today.
The Cheesecake Factory announced they have since suspended two of the employees at the restaurant.
Now this…
Eugenior Joseph is suing Cheesecake Factory for the abuse.
Eugenior and his attorney went on FOX Business Network this afternoon to discuss the case.
Eugenior’s lawyer Mathew Staver told FBN that several employees were involved in the abuse. Staver is suing Cheesecake Factory saying the abuse was a combination of politics, ethnicity and race. Staver added that this is beyond common decency to make customers feel unsafe and to refer to them with racial slurs.
