On Tuesday night popular Republican Representative Ron DeSantis won handily in the Florida GOP gubernatorial primary.
Following his big win Rep. DeSantis, a strong Trump supporter, told his supporters,
“The last thing we need to do is to monkey this up by trying to embrace a socialist agenda with huge tax increases and bankrupting the state. That is not gonna work. That’s not gonna be good for Florida.”
So how did The Hill report on this DeSantis quote?
They completely lied about it.

This is the dishonesty the American people must deal with on a daily basis coming from the mainstream Fake News media.
DeSantis is running against Bernie-endorsed Socialist Andrew Gillum who is pushing a 40% corporate tax in the state of Florida.
