Just months after resigning from her White House position, former White House communications director Hope Hicks was seen yesterday at a New Jersey airport boarding Air Force One.

Hicks boarded the plane at New Jersey’s Morristown Municipal Airport, which is fewer than 25 miles from the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, NJ, where CNN reported Trump was staying. She apparently traveled with Trump to Ohio for his campaign rally.
Hicks, 29, resigned from the White House on February 28, one day after she testified before the House Intelligence Committee regarding “white lies” she had told on Trump’s behalf. She officially left the White House in March.
Robert Mueller’s team interviewed Hicks at least twice in December 2017. According to public disclosures, in April the Republican National Committee paid Washington litigation firm Trout Cacheris & Janis, which represents Hicks, more than $450,000 in two payments.
It is currently unknown why Hicks was on Air Force One, although there has been recent speculation she will return to the White House.
