Rudy Giuliani Preparing ‘Counter-Report’ to Question Robert Mueller’s Legitimacy

- Agustus 31, 2018

An attorney for Trump, Rudy Giuliani, is preparing a ‘counter-report’ to question Robert Mueller’s legitimacy.

Giuliani told The Daily Beast in an interview that his report will focus partly on if the “initiation of the investigation was…legitimate or not.”

According to Giuliani, the bulk of the report will be divided into two sections. One section will seek to question the legitimacy of the Mueller probe generally by alleging “possible conflicts” of interest by federal law enforcement authorities. The other section will respond to more substantive allegations of Trump campaign collusion with Russian government agents to sway the 2016 election, and obstruction of justice allegations stemming from, among other things, the president’s firing of former FBI director James Comey.

Giuliani, Jay Sekulow and other lawyers are helping put together the report which could exceed 100 pages and be released in the next 2-3 weeks–unless it is derailed by sudden developments in the Mueller witch hunt such as a presidential subpoena, according to The Daily Beast.

President Trump’s legal team and Mueller’s prosecutors have sparred over the idea of President Trump sitting down for an interview with the special counsel.

A couple weeks ago, President Trump’s lawyers rejected Robert Mueller’s terms for an interview and countered with an offer that would narrow the scope.

Lifelong Democrat and attorney Alan Dershowitz says he believes President Trump’s tactic is to “make Mueller an offer he can’t accept.”

Mueller agreed to allow President Trump to respond to some questions in written format, however; he still wants Trump to sit down for a face-to-face interview.

The Special Counsel wants to ask President Trump about obstruction of justice which is completely absurd.

It was also recently reported Mueller moved on to investigating President Trump’s tweets in a wide-ranging obstruction of justice inquiry.

Mueller’s team is riddled with conflicts of interest and many other issues…

Mueller’s lawyers have a special ‘dual status’ which is arguably a violation of the Appointments Clause in Article II.

Constitutional expert Mark Levin dropped a bomb on Mueller’s witch hunt in May, arguing the ‘special status’ obtained by the special counsel’s lawyers show the probe is unconstitutional under Article II.

Mueller’s lawyers filed for, and obtained an obscure special status giving them dual roles as not only special counsel prosecutors, but also as ‘Special Assistant US Attorneys (SAUSAs).

This bombshell revelation may be the key to dismantling Mueller’s entire operation, says Mark Levin.

Since Mueller’s lawyers have dual status as US Attorneys, that makes Mueller a US Attorney rather than a Special Counsel. Only a President can appoint a US Attorney. By appointing Mueller, Rod Rosenstein usurped the President of the United States.

Mueller also has many conflicts of interest such as his relationship with James Comey; many lawyers on his team are Obama-Hillary donors.

Other potential problems with the special counsel stem from the scope outlined in Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s memo.
