Brett Kavanaugh holds his 10-year-old daughter Liza’s hand
President Trump’s Supreme Court pick Judge Brett Kavanaugh testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee Tuesday morning.
Democrats and protesters have interrupted the process for the first half hour.
Judge Kavanaugh has not even been sworn in yet!
It was all planned.
Democrats plotted the coordinated protest over the holiday weekend. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) led a phone call and Committee members are executing now, reported NBC’s Kasie Hunt.
Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s young daughters were present in the hearing room when the chaos erupted.
According to sources, Kavanaugh’s young daughters, Margaret, 13 and Liza, 10 were rushed out of the hearing by their mother, reported the Washington Examiner.
“It was very unpleasant for young children,” said the insider.
Senator Ted Cruz apologized to Kavanaugh Tuesday. “I’m sorry your daughters had to endure the political circus from this morning,” Ted Cruz said to Kavanaugh.

The Capitol Police say 22 people were arrested in total so far.
“Capitol Police now say that as of 10:19 a.m., 22 individuals have been arrested at the Kavanaugh hearing. The preliminary charge is D.C. Code § 22-1321 – Disorderly conduct,” reported NBC’s Frank Thorp.
