Newly Unsealed Document Publicly Identifies Man Named as Second ‘Person of Interest’ in DAYS AFTER Vegas Shooting

- Januari 31, 2018

Two weeks ago in a press conference, Sheriff Joe Lombardo revealed Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock’s computer possessed child pornography.

The Las Vegas law enforcement official also told the press that the FBI is currently investigating a new person of interest.

Now we are finding out the police actually ID’d a second person of interest days after the Vegas shooting transpired according to documents.

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, in addition to Paddock’s girlfriend Marilou Danley, a man named Douglas Haig was ID’d as a person of interest per police documents prepared in October, just days after the massacre.

What else is Las Vegas law enforcement hiding from the American people?

Las Vegas Review-Journal reports:

A judge on Tuesday unsealed nearly 300 pages of search warrant records, including one document that publicly identified for the first time an additional “person of interest” in the Oct. 1 massacre on the Las Vegas Strip.

“Until the investigation can rule otherwise, Marilou Danley and Douglas Haig have become persons of interest who may have conspired with Stephen Paddock to commit Murder with a Deadly Weapon,” according to the Metropolitan Police Department document, which was prepared in October.

Danley was Paddock’s girlfriend and initially was named as a person of interest in the investigation. Haig, whose name had not been previously released, could not be reached for immediate comment Tuesday.

When contacted by phone Tuesday about the newly released name, Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo said only, “If you’ve got it, publish it.” He said he could not comment on a federal case.

According to local Las Vegas news outlet Metro 5, key details surrounding the motive cannot be released because “additional suspects,” are still under investigation. Sheriff Lombardo previously claimed only one person is under investigation.

Last week, a federal judge made public hundreds of pages of court documents that had been filed by the FBI in the days and weeks after the Las Vegas concert shooting.

The judge did so in response to a lawsuit filed by CNN and several media organizations.

Stephen Paddock carried out the largest mass shooting on modern U.S. history killing 58 and wounding hundreds more.

ISIS previously claimed responsibility for Paddock and even tripled down on claims Paddock converted to Islam months before carrying out the massacre.
