Say what you want about Pres. Trump’s commutation of Alice Johnson’s sentence, — I believe she served more than was just — but she did miss more than two decades of her family’s life, serving a life sentence plus 25 years for a non-violent drug offense.
Ms. Johnson was released Wednesday evening and her family was there to meet her.
